Acceptable use

Yes — Shots has Terms of Service and an Acceptable Use Policy that prohibit the monetization of content in the following categories:

• Adult content and services: Content that contains nudity or explicit sexual acts (e.g., subscriber-only nude images, adult audio/video live chat).
• Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement.
• Copyright-infringing content (e.g., leaked music albums).
• Violent extremism: Content that engages in, encourages, promotes or celebrates unlawful violence or hate speech toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.

The complete policy is available at Acceptable Use Policy. Creators and supporters must comply with it. Violations may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, and other actions described in that policy.

Programmatic detection and enforcement: Shots uses automated moderation on certain image uploads (when enabled) to block disallowed images before they are published; other enforcement is manual (reports, review, account and payout actions). Reporting: End-users, rights holders, and others may report potentially violating content and request review via our Report content page. See Reporting violations in the Acceptable Use Policy. Our Reporting & take-down process describes how reports are reviewed and what actions may follow.

Repeat violators: Shots applies escalating enforcement (e.g. stricter restrictions, suspension, termination, payout actions) to users who repeatedly or egregiously violate the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms. See Repeat violators and Reporting process — Repeat violators.

Payments

Payments on Shots are processed by third parties (e.g., Stripe). You agree to comply with their terms and applicable laws. Platform fees and creator payouts are as described elsewhere on the site.
